How can I help you?
Through slow flows and meditation, we will open our hearts and release stored tension and emotions. This will start the healing process from the inside out. To build up confidence we will connect to our core. All my classes are all about finding what feels good for your body and forgetting about the shape of the pose.
I run regular events and workshops with different themes. Regular new blog posts are being published, all about yoga and wellness. A free yoga basics video get published every Tuesday in which I break down poses and offer you different variations.
My yoga journey
I started practising yoga 6 years ago to help me deal with grief after losing my dad. I felt so lost and empty. Going to yoga once a week helped me take some time out and look after myself, which I really needed. That’s when I got into self-care and the importance to have some ‘me’ time.
Over time my mind and heart started healing through yoga and self-care. I started to practice more yoga. A lot of it online as I couldn’t afford to go to yoga classes 4 times a week. Slowly but surely I started to release any stored tension and emotion in my body and I started to feel better again.
I experienced how much of an impact yoga can have on our lives. And how much it can help in the healing process. I was playing with the idea of doing yoga teacher training for a while. One day the stars aligned and I had nothing holding me back anymore. I took the plunge and signed up for my teacher training. It was the best decision I could have ever made.
I want to help my students on their emotional journeys and keep their heart open. Everyone has something going on in their lives and we don’t always open up about it.
You want to get to know yourself better, get into your heart and heal from the inside out. Through your yoga journey, you will release any tension and emotions and open the heart again. As a by-product, you will build strength and flexibility, however that is not the goal.
My RTT journey
In Summer 2018, I found Rapid Transformational Therapy and used it to start healing underlying issues. I first came to RTT to be more confident and to push my business further. I was so impressed by the power of RTT and the healing power it has as it deals with the underlying issues and heals them, that I started my RTT training.
I’m now using RTT daily to become the best version of myself I can be.
Both RTT and Yoga are a great way to heal from the inside out, giving you time and the tools to deal with whatever you need to deal with.
