It’s important to let the body rest, especially on the weekends. Being on the sofa and watching films or series can be a way to let the body rest.
I tend to watch more series rather than Films on Netflix as I try to keep screening time to a minimum. The below are great options if the weather isn’t so great outside or you just need to chill on the sofa.

- On Yoga: The architecture of peace – This is a documentary about yoga and how it has changed peoples lives. Don’t get confused about the first five minutes, stick with it.

- Justin Timberlake & the Tennessee Kids – Who doesn’t like to hear Justin Timberlake live? I love having this on in the background when I clean my flat and just dance around
