It is important to reset your body and mind on the weekends and relax. Below are a few ideas on what you could do this weekend to relax:
- Take a bath – get your favourite oils, some epsom salts and relax in a hot bath
- Read a book – grab your favourite book, turn your phone on silent and get lost in it
- Meditate – this is a great way to relax and centre yourself. Even if it’s only for 5 minutes a day, it will make a huge difference to your life
- Practice yoga in your pj’s – get on YouTube, choose a random yoga video to practice to and just practice in your pj’s
- Cuddle up on the sofa and watch a film – the best evenings are spent cuddled up on the sofa, may it be with your other half, your pet or yourself. Get some popcorn and put your favourite film on
