How it works
We are going to start on 28th January 2019. You will be added to a private Facebook Group with like-minded women. I will give you an onboarding questionnaire (just to ensure I’m aware of anything and if there is anything you’d like particular help with)
I will give you access to the hypnosis recording within the first week so that you can listen to it pretty much straight away.
I will post daily tips, mantras to help you have a happy and healthy pregnancy.
Once a week I will teach a live yoga class that you can practice live with me or catch up whenever you want to. These classes will be different lengths so that they can fit in and around your lifestyle.

I’m a Yoga and Transformation Coach. I’m combining the power of Yoga with the power of RTT to provide a complete Transformation from the inside out, healing both body and mind.
Having found yoga to deal with the loss of my dad in 2012, I fell in love with the practice and the power yoga can have. So much so that I’ve trained to become a Yoga teacher, graduated last year and have been teaching every week since. I love the way Yoga makes my students feel, for the hour they are with me, they can just be themselves and forget anything else, feeling at peace.
Earlier this year I found RTT and was amazed at how powerful it was. It deals with the root cause and re-wires the brain to form new thoughts and pictures. After experiencing this powerful method, I knew I wanted to train in it to combine it with my yoga teachings and give my students an even deeper healing.
My mission has always been to help people heal and deal with whatever is going on deep inside them. I love seeing my clients free themselves from whatever they are dealing with and living a happier life.
