This is for anybody who wants to recharge their batteries ready for the week and season ahead & feel super relaxed & open their heart to heal themselves from the inside out. It focuses on your innermost truth; a perfect place to deepen your practice, reconnect with your beautiful soul, and set your intentions for what you wish to manifest.
This workshop gives you the tools you need to open your heart and truly heal yourself from the inside out. Through applying eastern practices into the western psyche, you will find a deeper connection with what you are storing within your physicality and the contents of your psyche. This practice will empower you to live life gracefully on all levels.
- Guided meditation/breathing techniques to help de-clutter the mind
- Heart-opening vinyasa flow yoga to get the mind and body moving
- Yoga Nidra to really relax your body
- Rapid Transformational Therapy
During this 3 hour mini retreat, we will start with a guided meditation to set the tone for our time together. Then we melt into a heart-opening yoga flow practice aimed to feel like a full body massage.
After 60 minutes of practice, you’ll be invited to snuggle up and completely relax during yoga nidra. Yoga Nidra—known as yogic sleep—is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

We will finish this mini-retreat with a few nibbles and a good chat.
