Thank you for stopping by and for being interested in the Self-Love Challenge. Our lives seem to be so busy that we are forgetting about taking care of ourselves and being kind to ourselves. This is why I have created this 5 day self-love challenge.
What is self-love?
[Self-love is the] regard for one’s own well-being and happiness
Self-love is something that we tend to forget about. We are all so busy making sure that everyone else is ok, that we forget about ourselves! When was the last time you took some time out for yourself? Even just 5 minutes? This is what this challenge is about. It’s not one of your normal challenges, where the goal is to get more abundant or fit.
This challenge is about taking some time out for yourself!
During the course of the 5 days, we will go reflect on what self-love is and start caring and being kind to ourselves and take it back and look after our own well-being and happiness. From Yoga to meditation to journaling prompts, this week you’ll be looking after your own well-being and happiness. And the best thing is that you only need 30 minutes max a day.
