As part of Ladies day at Ardingly Prep School, I have created the perfect one hour Sunday morning yoga flow to wake up your muscles and calm your mind.
Begin your Sunday beautifully with this yoga flow. Linking breath to movement, we will connect to our bodies, wake up our muscles and calm our minds. This peaceful and approachable flow will balance the senses and calm the mind.
We will move through different asanas (postures), sun salutations (flowing sequence of asanas) and pranayama (breathing exercises) that will get your energy flowing and help build a healthy body and soul.
What do you gain?
This is a nourishing flow practice to cultivate strength and flexibility in the body.
Please make sure to notify me if you are pregnant or have any injuries or conditions I should be aware of. Please be aware that this class is not suitable if you are pregnant.
Yoga Mats are provided, please arrive changed and ready for the class. If you bring your own mat, you get discounted entry to the class.
All tickets purchased are final. If you cannot attend please find someone who can take your place. Unfortunately, I cannot offer any refund.
