This week has been all about content creation and planning for me as well as preparing for my pop-up event in Brighton next weekend.
End of last week I decided to go ahead with a project that I’ve been thinking about for a while, so it’s all about content at the moment. I’ve been planning daily content for my blog as well as for the project. Creating content is fun and I’m really enjoying it. I’m scheduling time out in my diary to create all of this content (there is a lot), that’s the only way I’m able to manage the amount of work. It was valentines this week, don’t we all know it? I’ve been planning an alternative valentines event, for which I’ve been preparing this week. Next Saturday (24th February 2018) I’m hosting a pop-up self-love yoga class in Brighton.if you can’t attend the class in person, I’ll be doing an Instagram live and stream the whole class. On Saturday I broke my meditation streak. I left the house early to work on my project and got home late as we had (Valentines) date night. I literally just fell into bed and went to sleep. I started to beat myself up about it as I wanted to keep my streak but I quickly realised there’s no point in beating myself up about it. So I missed a day. It doesn’t mean that mean that the work I’ve done before doesn’t matter.
My Sunday, as usual, was a relaxing one. I stayed in bed until nearly midday and recharged my batteries. I love my Sunday mornings in bed. It’s so important for me. During the week I get up early and I’m so busy that I don’t have time to recharge my batteries. I made the decision a while ago to have Sundays as my day off to be able to recover.
